A 2020s reboot of While You Were Out but instead of home renovation it's plastic surgery and instead of luring them out of the house the conspirator on the inside lets the crew in after the lucky recipient has gone to bed and they knock them out with gas and reconstruct them from the ground up with enhancements for every physical feature they've ever complained about.
